Shipping rates will vary based on the destination and size of order. Rate will be calculated during checkout.

Return Policy

Alexandria is proud to stand behind the quality merchandise we offer. We believe you will be completely satisfied with any of our products you purchase and want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. All you need to do is simply advise our customer service representative via email or phone and make arrangements to return the merchandise along with the original invoice.

Upon our receipt of returned merchandise and as requested, we will;

  • issue you a store credit for 100% of the purchase price, or
  • replace or exchange the merchandise, or
  • credit the purchase price to your credit card account. Shipping charges are not refundable or credited on returns.
